PIX #003
PIX#003 is a different sort of challenge. Here you have a group of six names arranged in a circle, surrounded by a series of boxes which look like they might need filling in. Several of the boxes are highlighted - perhaps this is where the answer will appear. Some (if not all) of the names may be familiar to you from literature, film and television.
What is the significance of the knight chess piece? Maybe your literary and cultural knowledge will tell you that these characters are all horse riders. It turns out that the names of their horses fit neatly into the boxes next to their names. A little research will help fill in any gaps in your knowledge to inform you that Geralt, Gandalf, Zorro, Alexander, Woody and Odin's steeds are named Roach, Shadowfax, Tornado, Bucephalus, Bullseye and Sleipnir respectively.
Fill in these these names next to their respective riders, going in the direction indicated by the arrow, and the highlighted letters will spell out a key that fits well with this round of horses: CAROUSEL.
